Your customer service guy is a jerk. He was very rude to me.the phone had no charger bud made me pay for a refund for one. I haven’t got the refund yet back. This phone also has a bad battery in it. Thsn the other phone I purchased had a bad charger in it and had to buy a new one. So o believe your customer service person is slacking very badly. Than determined I needed a case for them.well I returned the one phone but thinking about the other returning but he would not let me return the case he was dead set on me buying. So how is that fairX. I have a case and no phone that never worked in the first place?!!!!so I was charged 15$ for a400$ with no charger and a another phone with a bad charger that I had to pay for again. So personally I see I should have tje 30$ back I spent on a charger for a apple phone. And the 25$ case I paid for with now no phone. If would like to get ahold of me call me[Redacted] thanks
