PPP FORGIVENESS APPLICATION STILL NOT AVAILABLE!!! (VERY WORRIED MERCHANT!!!)

Up to date, we still have not yet received any notice advising that we could apply for forgiveness on the PPP1 loan we had through Square. We received the money on 5/4/2020, and according to the policy, we have up to August 19 to apply for forgiveness which leaves us only a month to furnish.

Our loan was over 150k and was advised many times the form was not ready. And we do not see where else we can apply for the forgiveness other than at Square because we applied through Square.

Please kindly provide details as to when and how we should proceed from here.  We have been sending in request and emails many times but to no avail.

This is very urgent and we are running out of time...

Hey @KWBakery,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.

We expect to start accepting applications for loans over $150,000 in early July. I understand that you are ready to apply and appreciate your patience while we finalize the application experience. As a reminder, you have 10 months after the 24-week covered period ends to apply for forgiveness.

Please keep a lookout on your email inbox and Square Dashboard for an invitation to apply.

Don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you have further questions or concerns.
