No Show Protection

i have the no show protection on my square appointments turned on and had a customer not show up so i charged them the no show fee.

square did not thing to help and when the customer disputed the charge they won the money back.

where is the protection you liars!

While the no-show feature aims to help protect your business against clients who don't show up or cancels outside of your cancellation window, it doesn't prevent chargebacks. It's important to note that customers are free to dispute any charges with their card-issuing bank.
