I have accepted several of these payments. Typically, the transaction amount reflects in the balance within minutes. I took in a payment today that shows in completed transactions. However, it has been several hours and that money had not posted to my balance. Is this normal?

What do you propose the next step should be? No team has reached out to me. No notifications, no messages, no phone calls, nothing. And now, all my square debit card transactions are being declined. Evidently, there is a system down because it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. What kind of scam are y'all running here
