Cancelled account/missing funds

Hi y’all, wish I found you a lot sooner. Square cancelled my account with no notice, and can’t/won’t go into any because if ‘agreements with banks and card issuers’. Which truly tells me all I need to know, considering the FINTRAC training I have.  Anyways, I sent an invoice to a customer the morning I was cancelled back on 26 October 2022. That money is either missing or stolen from me by the seemingly endless parade of the poorly informed  and/or full on liars. Despite multiple attempts to get my money back, I’ve had no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions, or advice to resolving this so I can say goodbye to square and it’s incompetence.
