Hi everyone, compass mobile I’m noticing that my recent sales and transaction data isn’t appearing correctly in the Square Dashboard. I’ve checked that all transactions were completed, refreshed the page, and even logged out and back in, but the latest sales still don’t show up. Has anyone experienced similar issues or know what might cause recent transactions to be delayed or missing in the Square reporting? Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! ... One of the owners doesn't get mail at her physical address and uses a P O Box. The system wouldn't let me use a PO Box so I entered a different physical address (valid, but doesn't pass the bank verification step). How can I edit the address? ... View more

We just activated eGift Cards at our location and are having an issue I can't figure out.    When a customer adds an eGift Card to their Apple Wallet, the incorrect logo shows up for our business/location. We have a few locations, and it is pulling the logo from a location that is not active.    Couple things I have already checked:  - Our 'site' (just the link to purchase a gift card/check balance) has the correct logo - Business Settings --> Branding for our location is correctly selected - Reporting location is correct    I've been in touch with our account manager, as well as multiple Square support team members and I just keep getting passed off to other people. I had a notification a while back, that if I recall correctly, had services through square bundled, gave a better rate for card processing and some other stuff..I am not able to find it again.  Anyone have an idea of what I may be looking for and where to find it.  It had my marketing and square retail, etc all together instead of ala cart ...
