Square Dashboard Not Showing Recent Sales Data – Need Help Troubleshooting

I’m noticing that my recent sales and transaction data isn’t appearing correctly in the Square Dashboard. I’ve checked that all transactions were completed, refreshed the page, and even logged out and back in, but the latest sales still don’t show up. Has anyone experienced similar issues or know what might cause recent transactions to be delayed or missing in the Square reporting? Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

@mickons Are you a Square for Restaurants seller?  If so, there is a setting that would cause this.  It's found on your web dashboard > Settings > Restaurant settings > Service settings > Reopen checks.  If you have this set to "Reopen and keep payment method" then closing and reporting of checks is delayed 36 hours unless run the close of day procedure and settle all check tips (even zero tips).

 

If you aren't a Restaurants seller, are you seeing the transactions on your POS?
