Our Dashboard is so slow it is unusable. I have been trying for two days to update an item's variations with new stock - only 12 lines.
I have gone through all the troubleshooting - clear cache/cookies, turn off VPN, Try different browsers, different network connection etc. I am using an M1 MacBook with plenty of RAM and no other applications / streaming is showing problems. Waiting for Square IT to investigate after it was escalated to them this morning.
The POS app is fortunately OK.
Has anybody else experienced this? If yes was the problem identified and more importantly was it resolved?

Hey @MouMan — thanks for flagging this. I understand how annoying it can be when things feel slow.
I haven’t seen any recent reports of this issue from other sellers. I just tested signing into the Dashboard on my MacBook Pro and didn’t experience any slowness. Does the lag start right when you sign in, or does it happen when you’re trying to update inventory?
If you’re able, could you also run a speed test and share the results? That will help me narrow things down.
