How do I log out of my account when I don't have a passcode to enter?

To sign out of the square register app on your phone or tablet, click the menu button --> click settings --> click sign out.
to sign out of square dashboard on your computer, up in the upper left under your business name is the sign out button.

Unfortunately I have this problem as well and when I click "Sign Out" it asks me for a passcode. (Backstory: The company I used to work for had me sign into their account on my phone, and now, over a year later, it still has me signed in, but requests a passcode whenever I try to log out of it, but, for obvious reasons, I don't have access to that passcode anymore.)

Sorry about this, @EJSCreations. If you can't remember your passcode, you'll want to get in contact with the Account Owner so that they can give you that information.

It sounds like there may be an employee permission that is blocking you from signing out, @piratekelley. Those permissions can be updated from your Dashboard (if you're the owner of the account you're using.) Hope that helps!
