With the changes in 2022 to the WA CARES Act, employers are required to refund deductions made from their employees paychecks within 120 days. I have tried to reach out to Square multiple times to find out when they plan to send the employers back the money they deducted but have yet to receive an answer. Does anyone know when Square will give the employers back the money they took out for this tax so we can reimburse our employees and stay compliant?
