Employees access

hoping to figure this out. Im adding employees and how do I set it up where they only have access to their own schedule and checking out their own clients without them seeing my schedule and my balances etc.  this is so confusing right now. I only have 1 employee right now and the only way she has access is by giving her my log in and password. I want to stop that because im adding 2m more employees
