I recently had a customer wrongfully dispute a transaction and won despite no evidence. Of course credit card companies side with their customer 90% of the time. But I don't want this person doing it again! I wish I could block either their name or credit card to keep them from making another purchase and scamming us again. Unfortunately I don't know what this person looks like so I can't simply warn my coworkers.
I saw that Online Square has this feature, but I wish we could do it for Square for Retail / in person POS as well.
