Hi all, We have a hair salon and offer our clients a weekly or fortnightly blowdry subscription.   The thing I’m struggling with is that I can only charge clients on a subscription a set fee, I can’t create a subscription that either pre-loads their client file with the services they’ve purchased or a credit for said amount?   Our weekly clients get a different offer to our fortnightly clients and each offering also based on length (short, medium, long, extra long) which adds complexity to managing the multiple subscriptions.   Is there a way around this, a way to charge clients a subscription fee then a package or service is automatically credited to their client file?   Any help would be greatly appreciated! Square just announced their new Paid Plans but there's a lot of vagueness that I couldn't get answered through Customer Service.  Right now I pay for Square for Retail and Square Online separately! It doesn't make it clear if the new paid plans combine them.  This support page says you can compare your current plan to a new plan and gives instructions on how to, but it doesn't work. This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious.
