This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious. I'm interested in getting the handheld device.  What field does the scanner use for barcodes? I normally use the SKU and convert that unique number to a barcode using Avery (labels) website.   Also, does the software mimic Square for Retail and record cash sales?     ... View more

We use Samsung tablets for our 6 KDS displays. Last week, all apps started acting like they were in the background of the OS. So the app is sitting under the status bar which chops off the top of the KDS app. More importantly, all of our efforts to avoid the tablet going to sleep are now useless. So the tablets all go to sleep in 30 minutes if we don't have a kitchen ticket being worked.    Specifics: Samsung Tab A9 and A8 tablets. Devices are all plugged in at all times. The Square KDS app is the only app on the tablets other than the Square default apps. All of the tablets have been working fine for over 12 months and just started exhibiting this behavior last week.    When the tablet goes to sleep, we are almost out of business since the kitchen doesn't know when the ticket arrives and the restart process requires a manager since our tablets are in steel holders in each kitchen.   The issue is super critical. ... Prior to early November , we received an email when someone signed up for a class that had the title   "Thank you for your purchase! View Order Details"    We are no longer getting these emails to anyone other than the customer.   Before it went to  three email addresses listed at ONLINE/ ONLINE STORE/ SETTINGS / NOTIFICATIONS    We get a "Payment Link" message sent to the account owner, but it does not have all the same information and only goes to one email ([email protected]) I have added all the weebly type emails to whitelist   The customer received the following email ... Basically my stock is correct on the dashboard item library but on my website the stock is incorrect and has no limit, so for example it says I have multiple items of a product but I only have a single one left. Nothing seems to sync up and it seems to happen every few months. Everything is as it should be, I have checked it all over and over again.
