Coupon Code Not Working

For over 5 years NO coupon code has ever worked for us.

In any marketing tools on the Dashboard...

I can generate a marketing item and email it, or text it with a COUPON CODE in it.

But the Coupon is never, ever, ever added to check out !!!!

It's been 5 years? WTF.

I have stopped wasting my time, asking support and have been escalated more times then I can remember. Never have anyone contacted me and said your issue has been resolved.

I usually hear back with " I am sorry but.... this issue has been ongoing for some years, I am sorry but at this time there are NO options available to resolve this matter." Check back in a few months.

So, another year has passed. I tried today, again... No coupon added to the check out with the link

I am to the point of ending our relationship with Square.

5 Years? What is Square doing about this huge issue for so many years.

For clarification, are your customers getting an error message when trying to apply the coupon code to an item? If so, can you please send a screenshot or more details about the issue they're getting? We want to get this reviewed as soon as possible, so we can get this handled for you.

Add it to your cart.

Go to check out.

Look at the total in your check out. NO $2.00 coupon is added.

I even sign in to my account, my information pops up in the fields.

I check out with my credit card.

The coupon is not included in the totals.

It does not work.

5 Years NOT WORKING
