Review of turnover to save on fees

I have tried to speak with someone to review our turnover to negotiate fees, however I keep hitting a brick wall. My turnover is above the advertised 'we can help reduce your fees' amount, is there a shortcut to chat to someone in Square?

I believe the only way for that to happen would be to call into Customer Support to speak with a person who should be able to route you to the correct person to look into a fee rate reduction.  

With that being said, Square recently did go through a 40% reduction in staff, so this may also be what is causing the "wall" that you are hitting.

I have submitted this form, and then within a few days, I received a call from Square, and they reviewed it.
