Invoice fulfillment

The majority of my business is done sending invoices. I do have an online store and get orders there as well but 95% is invoices. Is there a way to integrate the two so that when an invoice is fulfilled it performs like order fulfillment from the store? Letting the customer (and me) know that their invoice for products has been fulfilled? Thanks

Right now, you would be able to add the shipping, pick-up, or delivery charges on the invoice before sending it to the customer. You would want to create a line item for "Shipping Charges" and ad modifiers. 

 

There isn't an option for customers to pick one after receiving the invoices.

90% of all my transactions are via invoices. I can request my customers address on an invoice, but I would like to be able to have the option for shipping or delivery/pickup. If the customer wants to add shipping, then an amount I set would be applied prior to payment processing. If the customer wants pickup or delivery, they could select that option and not have a shipping charge applied.

 

If there is a better way to do this within Square, I am open to other suggestions.

Hi! We're in the food industry and release new menu's every Monday and schedule deliveries only on Sunday's between a set time frame. We take order's via DM right now since it's so much more easy without going through the hassle of creating prep-times and timed window frames for our customers. Besides, we can't guarantee a customer will show up at a scheduled time anyways cause they either arrive early or late. They just queue up their cars outdoors and text us when they're here already.  Why can't there be an easy option of just scheduling Jane to pick up on Sunday between 11am-1pm instead?

Square Invoices are not designed to accept pick up orders, that's why the feature to schedule pickup is not there.

No not necessarily. I don't have all my items linked to my online store for various reasons. I just want an option to mark an invoice as fulfilled
