The majority of my business is done sending invoices. I do have an online store and get orders there as well but 95% is invoices. Is there a way to integrate the two so that when an invoice is fulfilled it performs like order fulfillment from the store? Letting the customer (and me) know that their invoice for products has been fulfilled? Thanks

Right now, you would be able to add the shipping, pick-up, or delivery charges on the invoice before sending it to the customer. You would want to create a line item for "Shipping Charges" and ad modifiers.
There isn't an option for customers to pick one after receiving the invoices.
