Square Appointments will automatically send cleints reminder emails but currently there is no automated way to send a followup "Thank You" email.
This is pretty crucial for customer engagment. For instance, we use to get multiple reviews per month on TripAdvisor because our old booking system had this feature and we included a link and an invitation to give us a review. Since we've switched to square, our reviews have fallen sharply to zero.
Suggestion: Add follow-up email in the Automatic Notifications section of the Communications tab in Square Appointments.

Hi @emergespa, thanks for sharing your suggestion. You're correct that followup emails are not something that's currently available with Appointments. I definitely see how that would a time-saver.
