printing online orders

So we have an online store and brick and mortar store.

I want to be able to have all my online orders to print out automatically but NOT have every in store purchase also print our a order slip.  This is A complete waste of paper time effort.

I'm not sure if it is possible to edit this setting. Can you clarify a bit more what you are wanting (or not wanting) to do? All of your online orders are printing properly, but you want to be able to choose which purchases to print if made in person?

When you turn on "print all orders"  in the settings it not only prints your online orders that come thru but it also prints in person orders.  I do not nee a ticket printed up each time I have a customer checking out in person at the register.  I only need my online order to automatically print.  

I need a way to only print online orders.  Not every transaction going thru the register

Hi! Thanks for asking. It sounds like you're printing this from your register in store. In order to get only online store orders to print you will need to go into Settings > Hardware > Printer Setup > In-Person order tickets and toggle those off. Then, you will click on Online Order Tickets in that same page and make sure it is toggled on. This will make sure that only online store orders print and that in person orders do not. 🙂
