mandatory curbside pickup only

Is there a way to make online orders curbside pickup only?  With Covid restrictions we do not want customers in our store, nor do we offer delivery.  Curbside ONLY.

Within each individual item

 

Online Dashboard, Settings, Pickup & Delivery, upper right Advanced Settings, Default Fulfillment Method

 

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, upper right Advanced Settings, scroll down to Default Fulfillment Method

There's not a way to force curbside exactly like you're looking to do here so you'd need to make that messaging clear somewhere on your website or in the checkout itself.

Correct, but that does not answer my question.  The Pickup feature is fine (and we have it activated) but that does NOT force CURBSIDE.  The customer still has to select that option at Checkout.  We do not want them to even have the option of coming into the building.  We want them to pull into the parking lot and stay there.  TIA

Thanks - that was my guess - and what we have done - but we all know people - they only read what they want - grrr - so was just hoping the feature was there and I was missing it.

Is there any way to request this as a feature? just an option or something on the dashboard, clients are not reading the message, and we can't allow them in

we do need to make this mandatory, can you guide to request this as feature?
