What kind of error messages are your guests seeing when they try to checkout? I'm using the self serve in my store so I've seen my fair share of these:
- Phone number invalid. The guest probably tried to enter the +1 or the ( ) when entering their number. Have them just enter the area code and their number only
- This field is required. The guest needs to choose all options/variations from the item screen
- Various card entry errors. The biggest one I've seen is when the guest doesn't enter the correct billing zip code for their card
- Not available at this location. Delete the item and try again. You shouldn't be seeing this one anymore: there was a configuration issue for a few days that the engineers fixed
