how to edit payment confirmation email

My social organization uses Square as a payment portal on our ecwid online store for new members to join our organization or current members to renew their membership. There is nothing shipped and there is nothing to be picked up, so none of the pick up or delivery options apply. They are just paying dues and after payment is completed in Square, we want them to receive a confirmation email that payment was received along with a few welcome sentences. I'm really new to setting up and managing an online store, so maybe there's a better way to do this.

I am not finding it with your link. I found something under "Communications > Email & Text Alerts. It does not seem to have an "edit" option, though in certain parts of the text, if I double-click enough times, I can change some portions. 

 

I would very much like to know how to edit confirmation emails. Thanks in advance!

I agree with you. There is nothing on the page that Mayap linked to that tells you how to edit confirmation emails. Maybe another reply will be more helpful.
