archived invoices

I archived some client invoices that were paid by check. I would like to review them, but they no longer show up in invoice search, Where do I find them ?

Hey @Docmel Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community!! You can view your archived invoices under the Invoices tab on the Square Dashboard. From there, you will need to select the drop down titled "All Invoices" and scroll to the bottom to select "Archived."

You will see all archived invoices there, but please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks. 🙂

If I archive an invoice will it be gone forever or am I able to go back and look at archived invoices for a certain amount of time? Also, is there a way to archive or print multiple invoices at one time? Right now I have to select one at a time to print. I'd like the option to select several and batch print all at once.

I moved your post to an existing thread that goes over where to find Archived invoices. So they are not gone forever!

There's not a way to archive or print multiple invoices at this time- no.

It looks like the platform has changed since this response.  There is no longer an Invoices tab containing 'Archived'. How can I access my archived invoices now?  Thank you.

On our redesigned interface this can be found under Dashboard > Invoices > Then Select Invoices on the left-hand side menu > Once here you can filter under All Invoices and Select Archived from this dropdown.
