My settings require all clients to have a card to book. Today when I selected no show for her appointment. It did not give me the option to charge her card.
If you are subscribed to Appointments Plus or Appointments Premium and your Cancellation or No Show policy was met you should have been prompted to charge your customer when canceling the appointment from your calendar.
If the above is correct and you still did not get the prompt to charge your client then, your best bet would be to get in touch with our Appointments Support team. Please reach out by phone when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.
