Where is the option (now) to remove/edit the Covid 19 notification at the top of the appointment pag

The link that had been shared, or where we were able to edit previously is no longer there. Please advise how we can edit now, as the information is not relevant to the current status and it just looks like i am not aware enough to update my page!
