My blog will not publish

I have tried a lot to publish a new blog.  When I hit publish it will not publish on the site no matter how many times I try. What do I need to do?

HI, Stories do not automatically add to the website.  

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Header, Navigation, Navigation Links, +Add Navigation Link.

Please note, the Stories page is your Main Page for Stories.
