Square Reader for magstripe: I cant get it to redeem the $10

I bought a square card reader from walmart so I don't need to order one from the ap so how do I get the $10 redeemed because its not working. First it says its invalid or already used them it takes it the second time but still no $10

Try directly from here: https://squareup.com/redeem If you still receiving the same message it could be due you already received the first reader for free from Square, if that's not the case I would suggest you to contact customer service.
