Why do receipts sent via email not have a customer feedback option?

Am I missing where I have this option?  99% of our receipts are sent via email, and I would like the option of sending a customer feedback to them.

Actually on each receipt that is sent via email or sms customer will have the option to provide feedback once you have this option enabled. You can check if you have this option enabled navigating through your online dashboard going to the main menu > Customers > Settings > Feedback. Keep in mind the feedback your customers provide will be for you and nobody else will see it.

I did a test invoice for myself, and the receipt I sent to my cell phone had a link that I clicked and it did have customer feedback on that one; when I sent it to myself by email, it did not.  I can send a screenshot of the receipt or attach a copy if you provide me your contact info.
