I just switched to Square Payroll from Intuit Quickbooks payroll. I ran the first payroll already. I want to add what I have already paid certain employees this year prior to using the new payroll system. When I enter the gross pay I get an error "We’re sorry, but something went wrong." Can the figures be entered after I've run the first payroll?
@FlameAndPie When you create a new team member you can add their gross pay to Payroll. However, you can't edit an existing employee's gross wage amount/switch an employee that you marked as having no 2019 gross wage, to having a gross wage amount. I'm sorry about that!
