We have transferred ownership of an existing Woocommerce website to our sister company that has its own separate square account.
After entering the credentials for the new company account into the Square plugin, some payments are not going through for existing customers. It seems their information is registered to the original business account at Square and not recognized when making payment through the new company account? Is there a way to reset so that customers do no receive errors when making payment?

Have you tried clearing your website Cache on the back end of WP?
I am not 100% sure if that will do the trick, but worth a shot.
