My website is with Duda.co and the eCommerce store is from Ecwid Syncing Square is haphazard

When I sync my Square inventory to my Duda/Ecwid store, not all pictures are synced, and none of my product descriptions are synced.

Not with auto sync, not with manual sync.

Is this a bug?

Forgive me but I'm not familiar with Duda. Since they're a third party my first suggestion would be to reach out to them directly since we don't have the training for their online store here.
