There isn't a touch sensitivity setting on the Register but I have seen issues with the touch screen due to environmental electrical noise. I know it sounds crazy but it's actually a thing if there are any large electrical equipment near the register - air conditioning units, large coffee bean grinders, etc.
To confirm if it's an electrical noise issue, use your thumb to tap the touchscreen while your index and middle fingers are touching the metal back of X2:
If this step doesn't doesn’t improve the touch sensitivity, try basic troubleshooting or call our Hardware Team for further guidance.
