Is the iPad that comes with Square Stand cellular?

What kind of iPad comes with square stand? It says iPad Air 2 32gb WiFi , but is it also cellular?

you can purchase an optional iPad 2018 with your square stand direct from Square.  It is not the cellular model.  sometimes you can buy that same model iPad for like $80 cheaper on sale at places like Amazon and Walmart.
