On the old system before the update although I like the new one better my customers received 2 texts one for receipt and pne for loyalty. Now I have to keep logging into the computer to get their points for them. Is there something I am missing on how they check the points or is it possible to put the points on the receipt?

Hello @kmxvapes! I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the updates so far.
So your customers should still receive a text message when they receive a point or star on a purchase. The text message will come with a link to their Loyalty Status Page. You can see an example of the Customer Loyalty Status Page in our product update.
Also you can check their points from the customers tab on the app! It will be listed in the middle of their profile. You'll have to scroll down a little to see it. 🙂

From this page they can view their status (e.g. how many points/stars they've earned) and details about your program rewards.
