Hello, what im trying to achieve is increase reward points (needed to claim discount) for new customers, without affecting old customers. Is this possible?
ex. 2 year old customer: needs 20points for reward
All new customers will need 25point for reward

At this time, any changes that you make to your Loyalty rewards program will affect all customers. So if you change the program to 25 points needed for a reward, that will affect all the customers. The good news is that your older customers will have already accrued points toward that balance and will be able to use it.
