I do not have the manage my card option when I follow the directions listed on the support site

If you're Square Card is activated, you can change your PIN through the Online Square Dashboard. Are the following steps the ones that you followed?
Let us know if you're still not seeing the option to reset your PIN after giving these steps a try.

Apologies @nika I am not seeing "card management" I only see "get help with card" and when tapping that option it's only if I've lost or want to report an issue with the card itself..

I'd jump online at Squareup.com/Dashboard on a web browser. The steps Nika provided should be more clearly outlined there, and allow you to update the PIN.
