Every time I enter my debit card it says invalid debit card. Square customer service wasn’t able to help me. Does anybody knows what I can do to fix it

Where are you seeing this error? On a payment screen on your app, the Dashboard, somewhere else?
If you're trying to set up Instant Deposit, there are a few debit cards that aren't supported. I recommend checking out this help article about supported vs unsupported cards.
If you're talking on the payment screens, make sure you're entering the billing zip code for the card. I made that mistake with one of my cards once, took me forever to figure that out.
If it's somewhere else, let us know where you're seeing the error and we can see what else we can do to help!
I am also having this problem! Every customer who has tried to shop with me this weekend has been told the card they entered is invalid when they are trying to check out. I have tried personally to test shop and am seeing the same error message. I talked to the Square support chat for an hour and got nowhere. This is incredibly frustrating!

Can you let us know where you're accepting payments, e.g in person on a Square Reader, via a Square website, or API? I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Are you still seeing these issues, @meganj? I was able to enter my card details without encountering an error. I know you mentioned you reached out to our support team already, but I'd recommend reaching back out to support if you're still seeing any errors.
Yep still having issues. You can enter your card info but the issue occurs when you try to actually pay. This error has lost me quite a bit of money & needs to be fixed asap.
