Hello! Do you use TikTok? If so, what has the response been? Have you secured new customers by using the app?

We do!  We make all sorts of fun videos and the response has been overwhelming - we actually have one video with 1.6 million views and it helped our shipping orders increase.  I will fully say that my 15 year old and several of my college age staff primarily create the videos with my oversight, so I definitely think they come across much more current and fun than they would if I did it.  You can see ours on @PeggyJeansPies

@jim90909 From my understanding, it started off as an app for the younger generation. However, it's starting to evolve. Recently, we've seen businesses creating accounts to reach new audiences and they've had some success. Here's an interesting article.
