We recently decided to switch our membership form over to Square from Paypal. Using Gravityforms and their plugin I was initially able to connect to both Live and Sandbox without any issues. Later in the day I briefly (I thought) disconnected. In the Square sandbox, there's Gravity forms and two custom apps that are from the Form Feeds I was trying to set up. I can disconnect Gravity forms in the sandbox and have to do so to get the Auth screen when I try reconnecting from GF. Live is apparently connecting, Connecting to the sandbox fails even when I accept all Auth permissions.
I was thinking if I could remove the two prior feeds from the sandbox, that might help, Square tells me I don't have permission and theirs a third party app handling these apps. I've had a Ticket in at Gravity forms since last Friday, Monday afternoon they contacted me with an Update and told me to try that, I did and it had no effect, they have yet to respond further.
Any help would be much appreciated, I'm truly disappointed in GF's level of support. I've had a professional account with them for going on 5 years, this isn't what I paid for.
Hello there @jimh
At this time I can't share any advice regarding Gravity Forms. However, if you're having issues with integrating Square into your website I suggest you visit our Developer Portal Forum so that one of your fellow Developers can lend a hand with any issues you may have with integrating our APIs.
