Can I use square to calculate gross profit?

I'd like to incentivize my employees via commission based on gross sales + Gross profit is this possible in Square?

Square does not have a feature to calculate gross profit.  you could do that in an excel spreadsheet but there are dozens of variables to consider besides the cost of goods.
