This is a reminder that the Square KDS app will be available only on Android. You will no longer have access to the iOS KDS app at that point. To continue using Square KDS, you will need to migrate any active devices over to Android devices. We’re here to help make your transition as smooth as possible.

We’re excited to announce that you can now deduct tare weights from items sold by weight directly through your Square for Retail point of sale.

We are excited to announce Square Online website themes available for all new Square Online sellers. Bring your brand full circle with Square Online themes.

At Square Online, we have launched a number of features to help you bring a new level of brand expression to your site to enforce your brand, engage customers, and drive conversions.

Today, restaurant operators and managers create and manage items from their Square Dashboard. Now, with the Items applet, you can manage your items directly from the Restaurant Point of Sale.

We’re excited to announce that we added the ability to create shipping rate profiles that can be applied during checkout from Square for Retail. This feature will allow you to create predetermined rate profiles based on where the order is being sent and the order total. During checkout, the shipping rate will automatically be calculated based on the eligible profiles you’ve set up, so you don’t need to input manually while building up a cart.

The Team app now includes all mobile Payroll features that existed on the Payroll app for employers. If you are a Square Payroll user, please download or update the Team app to continue using Payroll features on mobile. This applies to both the iOS and Android app.

Introducing Afterpay Pay Monthly for Square Invoices sellers! Available now to eligible US Invoices sellers who have Afterpay enabled as a payment option.

We’ve refreshed the design of customer profiles in order to help you more efficiently reference important customer information like Card on File, Notes, Loyalty, and more. Quickly find and act on the information you need with this new and simplified layout.
