We’ve recently created a new configuration tool that allows you to choose your brand preferences, preview them across surfaces, and seamlessly update them across multiple locations. We are initially launching this centralized Brand Editor with previews of Receipts and X2 POS Buyer Display, but will expand to other products like Invoices, Appointments, Loyalty, and more early in 2025.

We’ve recently added a new Goods and Services Confirmation feature setting in Square Invoices. With this setting enabled, buyers will be required to check a box confirming they received and accepted the goods and/or services on an order.

Your customers can now send eGift Cards to recipients via text message, in addition to email. When your customers purchase an eGift Card, they will now have the option to send the Gift Card to the recipient via email or text message.

We’ve recently made some updates on how you can mark an invoice as paid within Square Dashboard. With this update, a new “Mark as paid” option will appear when you select an invoice. Here you’ll be able to capture any payments you receive outside of Square Invoices (like Cash, Checks or payments taken through Square POS).

Available within the Square Point of Sale, Square for Retail, and Square Appointments iOS apps, Tap to Pay on iPhone lets sellers accept contactless payments directly from their iPhone with no additional hardware required and at no additional cost, making it a powerful free-to-get-started option for entrepreneurs.
