my customers will get all the wat to check out process and then nothing will happen like there order wasnt processed.
@Claudeneabel1 If you can share a bit of context and a screenshot of the experience your customers are having, it would be very helpful.
Something else I could also recommend is getting a screen capture (screen recording) when the issue is happening and reaching out to our Phone support team so they can look deeper into this.
