I can not get my POS screen off the square logo it won’t start up I have done several restarts unhooked completely totally restarted but no luck getting it up and running
@tsep1 Ugh. Sorry to hear that. I’ve had that happen a couple of times over the years. Each time the only thing that worked was to delete the Square POS app and re-download it. Unfortunately, that meant that I had to set up all of my settings again. It sounds like you’ve done everything else you can, and this is a last resort solution.
