I have a square pos device linked to a bookeo booking system. Once booking is created and ready for payment the square reader doesn’t just automatically have the single green light for the card to be tapped. I have to turn it on and off a million times and look like an idiot to clients and eventually it works!! Is it broken! Can’t get any support anyone had this issue at all? Any help appreciated.
Since you are integrating your Square reader to Bookeo I recommend reporting this issue to them as all integrations should work efficiently and activate the reader whenever is needed @Kylie2
