The open tickets used to show the time that each ticket was last clicked on, but it is no longer showing that. If items are accidentally added to the wrong ticket, there is no easy way to determine which ticket they were accidentally added to. This used to be easy because the time was shown for the last time that each ticket was clicked on. I can't find any way to change this in the menu. Thank you!

Nope. I talked to a customer service rep from Square and had to explain the problem a few times to a couple of different people. They told me that their engineers would roll back that update for us specifically, in the next few days and it would work like it used to. It's been 2 months and nothing has changed. Very annoying!
Like another poster on this thread said, the new look of the ticket screen is not great and our staff does not like it either. It is very difficult to figure out what ticket something was accidentally added to, especially when you have a lot of open tickets and a few different ipads being used by multiple staff.
This is an issue with us as well. Sometimes we add an item to the wrong ticket, and when we realized that would look at our open tickets to see what the last updated time was to help correct. Not being able to see that now is not ideal. In addition, the overall update to the look of the "Ticket" screen is not great. My entire staff do not like it at all. It was much better before.
