I've had a newly added and Payroll invited employee unable to set up their square payroll team information because the invitation takes them to a page with a greyed out field for their E-mail address that does not allow them to proceed. They can't complete their enrollment because of this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to this issue. Square support was unable to identify the problem on their end. Thanks!

Hmmm.... the only time I've seen the greyed out email is when I'm adding an employee to the Payroll system. As soon as I assign roles and locations to the emp the email address box is editable again. Perhaps the same thing applies to the invited side of this? Please verify you have all the job codes and locations set up.
If that's not it please let us know and we may be able to dig into this a little further here.
