Why are edits not showing up.

This website is so incredibly frustrating to use. I have run our school store on it for years and when you switched platforms years ago it has made it so not user friendly.

 

why did I just spend an hour updating item descriptions and prices in the item library on the dashboard and then when I click on "items" in the "online" section none of the edits are there. I then spent 15 mins reading through "help".  The synced thing is correct, the visible thing is correct. I opened in a new browser. It should not be this difficult to post items on the store. HELP.

Hello @kd2 !

 

I can think of two different things that could be causing your troubles.

 

-The item library doesn't automatically sync with the online item list right now. This is something that I know a lot of us have brought up with Square so hopefully it'll get resolved soon. For now, go into your online dashboard -> Items -> Site Items and click the "Add Item from Library" button at the top. Follow the steps needed to update all your changes.

 

-If you've done that and you're still not seeing your items, chances are your browser is seeing a cached version of your page. Clear cookies and history, force close the app, and reload. Does everything show then?
