Square Online site says "Not accepting payments"

I've got everything dialed in, the items are visible, and stocked. 

You can put them in a cart, and go to checkout, but there's a red warning that I'm not accepting payment above each description.

I've sold a number of items already, and have paid my $32 to have the commercial site-

Help, please ?

Thanks for reaching out, and I totally understand how confusing and frustrating this must be, especially when you’ve already made sales and have everything set up correctly. We appreciate you giving us the chance to help. Based on what you’re describing, it sounds like your site is live and items can be added to the cart, but you're seeing a warning at checkout that says you're "not accepting payments." This issue can sometimes be related to a couple of settings:

 

  1. Payment Processor Connection: Please double-check that your Square account is fully connected as your payment processor in your Online Checkout settings. If there’s any issue with verification or a required document, it might block new payments from processing.

  2. Pickup/Delivery Settings: Occasionally, having incomplete or misconfigured fulfillment settings (like shipping or pickup not enabled) can also cause the site to appear as if it’s not accepting payments.

  3. Site Status: Make sure your subscription is active and there are no issues with your domain or SSL certificate, these can sometimes cause unexpected checkout behavior.

Since you've already paid for the site and have processed orders before, it’s likely a small configuration issue, but we want to make sure you're not left trying to troubleshoot alone. If you check all of those things and it still gives you issues, please let me know and we can take a closer look at this.
