Cannot log into my Weebly site for over 3 weeks

I am messaging here, because I am unable to log into my site. It has now been over 3 weeks since the out-of-the-blue, unexplained issue happened. Despite contacting the help service multiple times, no one is bothering to actually help me.
 
I am only getting very slow responses, taking several days to get, and they are just useless cut and paste replies, telling me yet again useless things like 'to log in, you need to use your email.' I have gotten obvious cut-and-paste, didn't bother to even read through my issue replies several times.
 
I would like to point out that I am paying for this service, and the customer service help has be incredibly unhelpful and slow. In the latest reply, the customer service person said 'I believe this issue has now been resolved'. THAT'S IT. Meanwhile, I still can't log in!
 
PLEASE can someone put me in contact with someone who can actually help me. Otherwise, how can I get a refund my payments? At this point, I am paying for a service I cannot access FOR OVER 3 WEEKS.

To better assist, could you share a bit more information:



1) Are you going to Weebly.com > login > entering their email > next > password?

2) Are you getting any error message? Please provide a screenshot here. 

3) Have you tried resetting your password? ( To do so, go to Weebly.com > login > enter their email > next > forgot password and follow the prompts on the screen to email yourself a password reset).
